EASTER EGG HUNT GUIDELINES
To avoid any misunderstanding of instructions given on the morning of the event and to insure everyone has a safe and wonderful time at this year’s Easter Egg Hunt, guidelines for this year’s event have been set as follows.
These rules are set up to encourage the children’s natural instinct for cooperation and sharing with others.
- Children will be divided into 2 age groups with two separate locations for the Egg Hunt(Major & Minor League baseball fields).
- Frank Manning Major League Field is designated for children 3 year to 5 years oldONLY. Children must be able to walk on to the field to retrieve the eggs on their own. No adults will accompany children on to the field. Commissioners and volunteers will be on the field to guide and help the younger children.
- The Minor League Field is the designated area for children ages 6 years and up. No adults to accompany children on field.
Children 3 years or under or any child who was unable to go on to the field without a parental escort will be given eggs that have been set aside outside the field area.
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE GUIDELINES.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
