Both applicants must be present, as well as a witness. You will be asked to provide identification at the time of application. Examples of identification are NJ Driver’s License, birth certificate, social security card. The fee for obtaining a Marriage License Application is $28.00.

Fees for the application are contained on the bottom of the application form. A copy of your veterinarian's report showing the date of your pet’s last rabies shot and date of neutering must accompany the application form. A self-addressed stamped envelope should be included and the license will be mailed to you or arrangements can be made to pick up the license.

Vital Statistics and Registration Form – For copies of birth, marriage and death certificates, complete the Vital Statistics and Registration Form. The fee for copies is $10.00. Identification is needed prior to copies being completed.

Flu shots are given annually sometime in October or November.
Blood Pressure and Health Consultation:
* Second and fourth Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 50 Washington Avenue
* First Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Alladin Sr. Housing, 2 Alladdin Avenue
* Third Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Dumont Senior Center, 39 Dumont Avenue
